I was wondering if anyone has seen coolant in the water seperator of thease engines. I am pretty shure that i am getting coolant when i drain them, sometimes there is 2 qts. But there are no complaints on how thease engines are running. usally takes 30-60k to fill the filters. not all of the 6 trucks do this, and has been ongoing for 5 years now. I was just wondering if there was experance with this issue?

do u have tank heaters on the trucks. also when the injector cups fail you may get a little coolant in the fuel but its ussaully got a alot of fuel in the coolant at the same time. I would think that maybe you got tank heaters or a water heater davco filter housing with a small hole in it.
