Another problem I have with T2ooos has to be xhaust work, especially aftersomeone has "modified" the original plumbing and relocated or eliminated the bracketry. recently had a 99 T2K with DD60 that had the elbow coming off the turbo "modified" and the lower support bracket was broken and the flexpiipes were longer than they were originally supposed ot be,adn the driver was on a tight budget. Ended up modifying the lower support bracket again and reinstalling the flexpipe adn reclamping it all together. it didn't leak when I ran the engine up and then ran it at fast idle for approx 10-15 min and it held together but I did advise the driver to have the bracket replaced and the broken bolts removed out of the block as soon as possible as well as to have the corfect length of flexpipes installed to return the exhaust to factory installation.

Anything worth doing is worth doing well!!

Had a roadcall a couple years ago for Werner and they had just gotten a new batch of im going to say 06-07 T600 kw's. Diver stated that flashers where not working. After about 20mins lokking for flasher in the normal kw locations finally found that flasher unit was in dash all the way towards the left and all the way to the firewall. Im 6'4" and i could barely get my arm in far enough to get my fingers around the plug. The flasher unit was bolted to a bracket and looked like it was installed before they ran wiring and finished the dash. ended up having enough wire to pull plug towards gauges and installed new flasher and tied up so that the next tech could find flasher easier the next time.
